1. Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to novamind.app and its subdomains — the public website you're reading now. It does not cover the NovaMind mobile app or dashboard, which have their own privacy notices, or any third-party site we link to.

By using this website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly, when you join the AI mentor waitlist, send us a message through the contact form, or request a resource from the toolkit:

  • Your full name and email address
  • Your WhatsApp number, if you choose to share it
  • Anything you write in a message field

For paid resources, we don't collect payment card details on this site. After you request a paid resource, our team emails you payment instructions directly, and the file is sent once payment clears outside the website.

Information collected automatically, using analytics tools — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — to understand how visitors use the site:

  • Your approximate location, from IP address
  • Device and browser type
  • Pages viewed and how long you spend on a section
  • General navigation patterns, and — via Microsoft Clarity — on-screen behavior such as scrolling and clicks

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as government ID numbers, financial account details, or health data through this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your messages, send you the resources or waitlist updates you asked for, verify your email address (for example, with a confirmation code when you request a resource), and improve the website by understanding which content is actually useful.

We may also use your email address to let you know about new resources, events, or NovaMind updates. You can opt out at any time — every email we send includes an unsubscribe option, and you can also reach us directly to ask us to stop.

4. Cookies and Analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to recognize your browser across visits and understand site usage. These are third-party analytics cookies, not advertising trackers we control directly.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so may make some parts of the site behave less smoothly, but the core content will still work.

We don't use cookies to sell your data or build advertising profiles, and we don't run third-party ad networks on this site.

5. How We Share Information

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site — our hosting and infrastructure provider, our email delivery service, and analytics providers (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) — and only to the extent needed for them to do that job. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of NovaMind or others.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your request, deliver what you asked for, and maintain reasonable business records, or longer if the law requires it. If you ask us to delete your data and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct anything that's inaccurate, delete your information, or stop using it for a particular purpose — such as marketing emails.

To make any of these requests, email us at privacy@novamind.app. We'll respond as soon as we reasonably can, and in any case within 30 days.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your data, we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

NovaMind is built for working professionals and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.

10. International Data Transfers

Our service providers, including our analytics and hosting providers, may process data in countries other than your own. Wherever your information is processed, we require that it be handled in line with this policy.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
